I featured Vagabond Coffee Bar on Waypoints a little while back, and the more time I spend there, the more I want people to actually know how to find them, because it turns out there's more than one way to run into a Vagabond cup around Bella Vista.
Two spots, one story
Vagabond has two ways to find them, both in Bella Vista:
- Their coffee cart at Tanyard Creek, parked right at the trailhead, where they got their start
- Their coffee shop at Sugar Creek Towncenter, their main sit-down spot in Bella Vista
They started as that coffee cart at Tanyard Creek, which is part of why the trail-adjacent, on-the-go spirit still feels baked into the brand even now that they've grown into a full storefront too.
Live music every other Tuesday
Vagabond hosts live music every other Tuesday night, and it's honestly one of the easiest, lowest-key ways to meet people if you're new here. No cover charge pressure, no big scene, just coffee, matcha, and local music. It's genuinely relaxed enough to work as a date night, or just something different to do on a weeknight.
It's kid-friendly too, we brought ours along and it was an easy, comfortable evening for everyone, not the kind of live music night where you feel like you need a sitter.
The best way to catch one of these nights is to follow Vagabond on social media, that's where they'll post when something's happening.
Why it made the Waypoints list
What I love about Vagabond is that it doesn't try to be everything. It's a coffee cart that grew into a small local footprint, still centered on trails, still community-first, still run by people who wanted to build something that felt like Bella Vista rather than a chain that happened to land here.
Follow their page to keep track of which Tuesday's next, and to catch anything special they add on top of the regular schedule.
